Great Work Perks is seeking a proactive, analytical, and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities across strategic partnerships, lead generation, market research, client acquisition, business outreach, and market expansion.

The role includes identifying potential clients and partners, researching business opportunities, conducting market and competitor analysis, managing prospect outreach, developing strategic relationships, tracking business development activities, and collaborating with internal teams to drive growth and execute initiatives effectively.

Requirements

Near-native English proficiency (C2 preferred), with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree
Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
Comfortable using marketing and AI tools and learning new technologies.
Ability to work independently.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
