Great Work Perks is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support and execute marketing initiatives across digital marketing, content, social media, SEO/GEO, email marketing, research, and analytics.
The role includes supporting marketing campaigns, creating and coordinating content, conducting market and competitor research, managing digital marketing initiatives, analyzing campaign performance, and working with internal teams to ensure marketing projects are completed promptly and professionally.
The ideal candidate is fluent in English (native or C2), has hands-on marketing experience, comfortable with technology, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. We are looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, detail-oriented, analytical, creative, and takes ownership of getting things done.
Requirements
- Near-native English proficiency (C2 preferred), with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional marketing experience.
- Experience in digital marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO/GEO, email marketing, market research, or marketing analytics.
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Comfortable using marketing and AI tools and learning new technologies.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
