Customer Support Representative

As a customer support representative at Fun Express, your primary responsibility would be to assist customers via voice, email, and chat with any issues or questions they may have related to their ticket purchase. This could involve answering inquiries about ticket availability, pricing, and refund policies. Overall, your goal as a customer support representative would be to provide friendly and efficient assistance to ensure that customers have a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Assist customers with ticket purchases and order issues
  • Process refunds, exchanges, and order modifications when applicable
  • Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide timely resolutions
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • Experience handling phone, email, and chat support
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
  • Comfortable using multiple systems and web-based tools
  • Strong attention to detail and customer-focused mindset

Job Type:

  • Full time

Equipment requirements:

  • Applicants must have a reliable computer/laptop, stable high-speed internet connection, headset with microphone, and a quiet workspace suitable for voice support.

Shift:

  • Monday–Friday, aligned with U.S. Pacific Time business hours (typically overnight/graveyard shift in the Philippines).

Supplemental pay types:
